Supporting Character Analysis



 Demitrius: 

    Demitrius is one of the people Faelon makes up in his head. Him along with the other supporting characters fit the role of the helper in Valdimir's analysis since they seem to try and help him. 

    He is the tallest out of the group with dark features as well, he also wears common streetwear and wears a woven bracelet. He is a stable person and like to playfully fight with those close to him. He is motivated by adventure and the fun that can be had.

Milo:

    Milo is another of Faelon's delusions. He also fits into the helper role with Salem and Demitrius since he seems to be concerned with the wellbeing of his friends and offers solutions to a problem or fight, they seem to have.

    Milo is the shortest of the four with dark hair, skin, and eyes wearing modest clothing along with a pale sweater to give a softer look. He is a stable and nurturing person by nature. He is motivated by taking care of others and living life one step at a time.

Salem:

    Salem, along with the other two stated before, is an effect the Faelon's mental issues. She also fits into the helper role with her counterparts since she has her own way of making sure those close to her taken care of.

    She is close in height with Faelon with dark hair and eyes with pale skin. She wears light pastels akin to cottagecore to give a sweet look to combat her personality. Salem is full of energy, sass, and has minor notes of sarcasm. She is stable by nature and is motivated by those around her.

For example , the tilted angle when she chases the little mouse to the tiny door connecting to the Other World , it provides a n odd essence to the scene. Mood Board: Fantasy Genre

Fantasy Genre Mood Borad!      In the fantasy genre a common element we see constantly is an autumn color scheme. We can see the color scheme in use by the pictures inserted in the mood board above. Some common color trends are forest greens, deep oranges, and grays/blacks. This sets a mystical feel in the genre. This is a classic in the fantasy field.       Another feature in the fantasy genre is magic and magical creatures. Pictures of dragons are shown, which are a storybook classic, they are a pinnacle in castle-set books and films. Usually, these creatures are seen as monsters and are slain by a knight in shining armor. Magic is also used in many films. Movie Opener Brainstorm and Research

 Movie Opening 1: RISE      This movie opening about a kid seemingly practicing for a soccer match and proceeds to stare down the seemingly opponent. Natural lighting is use throughout the film. Various close ups are used to show the importance of the objects and movements. One key close up seems to be of the main character and his opponent. This seems to be a classic "who will win?" scene.     The most influential part of this film that had on my group project was the lighting. I like the natural lighting coming from the sun outside. I plan on having most of my film outdoors for the bright and joyful light that the sun provides.
